This site is not BC Game customer support. It cannot see a BC Game account, release a withdrawal, reset a password or verify documents. For account issues use the live chat inside the BC Game site or app, or the official support channels listed in the platform's help section.

Email hello@thinkd.in. Most messages receive a reply within three working days. There is no phone line and no Telegram or WhatsApp channel for this site; anyone claiming to represent it on those platforms is not connected to it.
Before writing
Do not send BC Game login details, identity documents, UPI PINs or one-time codes. They are never requested and any message containing them is deleted. Disputes with the operator that support has not resolved follow the complaints procedure in BC Game's terms; this site can point to it but cannot act on anyone's behalf.
